Do you need to register to attend?
We encourage everyone attending to register as it allows us to help keep things organized and efficient at time of entry. If you plan on attending and have not registered on our website please do so.
I noticed somewhere that there will be door prizes. What does this mean?
Yes, for all the guests who have successfully registered on our website there will be a drawing for several door prizes. If you plan on attending and did not register, your name will not be part of the door prize raffle. If you plan on attending and have not registered on our website please do so.
Where will the conference be held?
Covenant Church of Naples located at 6926 Trail Blvd. Naples, FL 34108
Is this a one day event and what are the hours?
Yes, one day only Saturday June 27th - 10am to 4pm
Once arriving to Covenant Church of Naples, what are the Parking and Entry details the day of?
First Map - You will enter on the campus map where it says "Enter Here" in color red. Main Event will be as soon as you enter. You can park in sections A & B only. The path to the entrance is next to the playground. Maps below show specific instructions.

Do I need to be a CHEACC Member to attend?
No, anyone is invited to attend.
If I wanted to become a CHEACC member, what is the cost and process?
To become a member of CHEACC, the annual Membership Fee is $45. You may sign up here to fill out our registration form. We strongly suggest to read our Statement of Faith first before signing up.
If your child is graduating in the upcoming year there is an additional $50 Graduation Fee at the time of sign up.
If your family has a child that has already graduated but would like to be part of CHEACC there is an additional Alumni Fee of $12 at the time of sign up.
How can I donate to your organization and/or conference?

Is there a list of the Guest Speakers/Exhibitors attending?

Visit our Exhibitor page to preview who will be there in attendance. We still have more space available if you wish to register as a vendor.
Are there any discounts or perks provided to CHEACC Members the day of the conference?
Yes. In order to receive a 10% discount off the cost of your child attending one of the Kids' Adventure Fun N Learn Corner Activities, CHEACC members can volunteer and enjoy the benefits of reducing the expenses to attend/child activities. To sign up to volunteer and to learn more click here.
What is the Kids' Adventure Fun n Learn Corner? Is there a cost?
While parents visit the conference there will be several class activities kids of all ages can enjoy. The kid's corner will be held inside the same building as the conference but just located on the other side. Click our link below to see all activities being offered.

Cost per child is $15 for non-members and $10 per child for CHEACC members.
Will a Program Flyer or Booklet be given out the day of conference?
The only pamphlet provided will be the schedule. Aside from this no other printed flyers or pamphlets will be handed out the day of. Our website has all the information you need regarding guest speakers, exhibitors, children activities, schedule and sponsors. You may use your phone and download our app here or visit our website during the conference to navigate.
Will lunch be provided ?
No lunch will be provided. We encourage everyone to pack a lunch.
