Teen Self-Defense
In this engaging 45-minute class, teens will have the opportunity to bolster their self-defense skills and self-confidence under the expert guidance of Naples Family Martial Arts instructor, Jill Newman. The session is designed to empower young individuals by teaching them practical techniques to stay safe in various situations. Through hands-on practice, participants will learn how to effectively defend themselves while also gaining the rewarding experience of breaking boards, which symbolizes their newfound strength and determination.
Cost:
$15 per child for Non-CHEACC Members
$10 per child for CHEACC Members (Note: CHEACC members can receive a 10% discount if they volunteer. See volunteer sign-up.
There is a maximum of 20 students. ALL students MUST have a guardian present on the Covenant Campus while in class.
